docs(Accordion): the find-in-page behaviour was undocumented (#844)

The collapse page has a whole "Findable when collapsed" section for the
opt-in attribute, while the accordion page said nothing — inviting exactly
the wrong conclusion, since the accordion has the capability natively: a
closed `<details>` keeps its content searchable and the browser expands the
item on a match, closing the previous one in an exclusive group.

The new section says there is nothing to enable, shows a searchable closed
item, and names what composes with it: the exclusive-group swap, the
`shown.coreui.accordion` event via the native toggle bridge, and the
`<summary>` state exposure. Placed between "Expand & collapse all" and
"Headings", with the degradation note kept version-free — which browsers
search closed disclosure content is UA behaviour, not ours to pin.
