docs: define bare-minimum 1.0.0 roadmap

8 items required for 1.0.0:
- M.2: default tools behavior
- make tool + read offset/limit + search enhancements
- github tool with subcommand blocking
- context overflow management (IP-12 from MBI-008)
- protected_files guardrail (interactive diff approval)
- MBI-005: two assistant demo packages (yoker-assistant + yoker-writing-assistant)
- Dogfooding gate: Yoker sessions done with Yoker itself

Full MBI-008 (Prompt Sets) and MBI-009 (Toolset Coverage) deferred to post-1.0.0.
Analyses preserved at analysis/mbi-prompt-sets.md and analysis/mbi-toolset-coverage.md.
