ci(docs): resolve Playwright via createRequire+NODE_PATH; install imagemagick

The CI screenshot step failed to import @playwright/test (ESM bare-import can't
find it in the -playwright container). Resolve it with createRequire and set
NODE_PATH to the container's local+global node_modules. Also install imagemagick
on the runner so the meaningful-change pixel filter actually runs.
