test: cover UsersDialog key listing and filtering (#1609)

UsersDialog had no tests. Its constructor loads GPG keys (and pops a modal
error dialog when none are found), so it needs a real keyring — added to the
integration suite, which already provides one.

imitatePass_usersDialogListsAndFilters constructs the dialog against the test
keyring and verifies the recipient list populates with the generated key, that
its identity is shown, and that typing in the filter rebuilds the list
(non-matching empties it, matching brings the key back). This exercises
loadGpgKeys/markSecretKeys/loadRecipients/populateList/passesFilter/
buildUserText end to end.
