test: e2e coverage for multi-recipient encryption and per-folder re-encryption (#1610)

Extends the integration harness with a second independent GPG key and helpers
to inspect a .gpg file's recipient key IDs (gpg --list-packets) and a key's
encryption-subkey ID. Adds two real-gpg tests of the re-encryption recipient
path (previously untested):

- multiRecipientReencryptChangesRecipients: an entry inserted under a two-key
  .gpg-id is encrypted to both keys; after removing one recipient and calling
  reencryptPath(), the entry is rewritten to the remaining recipient only.
- reencryptPreservesPerFolderRecipients: a store with a root .gpg-id (key1) and
  a subfolder overriding it (key2); after re-encrypting the whole tree, each
  folder's entry targets its own folder's recipients.

These cover the security-critical re-encryption path end to end. Note: the
order-dependent .gpg-id caching bug fixed in #1604 cannot be reproduced
deterministically (reencryptPath relies on QDirIterator's unspecified order),
so these are coverage rather than a targeted regression guard for that bug.
