test: add unit tests for PassBackendFactory backend selection (#1608)

PassBackendFactory routes QtPass to RealPass (the pass CLI) or ImitatePass
(direct gpg/git) and caches the choice, but had no dedicated tests. Adds a
tst_passbackendfactory binary covering, without needing gpg/pass installed:

- usePass=false selects ImitatePass, usePass=true selects RealPass
- getPass() caches the instance across calls
- changing usePass invalidates the cache so the next getPass() rebuilds for the
  new mode (setUsePass() calls PassBackendFactory::invalidate())
- getPass() creates the store directory when it does not yet exist
