refactor(mainwindow): const ref Qt5 slot, rename m_initialShowDone and m_keygenDialog (#1549)

- on_profileBox_currentIndexChanged(QString) → const QString & for
  consistency with Qt 6 path and to avoid unnecessary copy
- m_initialShowDone → m_firstShowCompleted (clearer intent)
- m_keygenDialog → m_keyGenDialog, getKeygenDialog() → getKeyGenDialog()
  (treat key+gen as two words, consistent across member and getter)
  Update all callers in qtpass.cpp and tst_mainwindow.cpp
