* test(passworddisplaypanel): extract shared fixture and tighten assertions

- Pull QWidget/QGridLayout/QVBoxLayout/PasswordDisplayPanel setup into
  init()/cleanup() to eliminate four identical preamble blocks
- QCOMPARE(grid->count(), 4) instead of QVERIFY2(> 0) in
  displayFieldsAddsRows (two fields × two widgets = 4 items exactly)
- QCOMPARE(grid->count(), before + 2) instead of QVERIFY2(> before) in
  appendFieldAddsOneRow (one field = label + value widget = 2 items)
