ZC: self-calibrating blank from the driven-pair neutral

With the driven-pair neutral, the neutral itself flags bad frames: at each sector
boundary the just-switched driven terminal rings/demagnetizes before settling, so
the neutral departs sharply from its flat ~Vbus/2 baseline (the spikes/craters in
the trace). Those frames carry no usable BEMF.

Replace the fixed blank_frames=2 guess with a data-driven mask: blank frames where
the neutral is out of band (median +/- neutral_tol_frac * driven-rail-separation,
default 0.15). Band scales with bus voltage automatically. The fixed count
over-blanks at high RPM (few frames/sector) and under-blanks at low; the mask
blanks exactly the transient, keeping every settled sample -- which matters at
8.3 frames/sector. Interior glitches dropped too; crossing interpolation now works
in real frame coords across settled samples. render_zc_figure shades the blanked
spans in grey so the dropped frames are visible. zc_selftest PASS.
