docs: sweep terminology, add boundary tests, and fix migration test (#2079)

* docs: sweep custom agent → worker agent terminology and add boundary design doc

- Replace "custom agent" / "SpaceAgent ID" with "worker agent" / "long-horizon agent"
  across tool descriptions, comments, and user-facing labels.
- Add docs/design/space-agent-boundary.md with developer note and migration
  guidance for shared-ID independence and legacy row copy/skip behavior.
- Export runMigration154 and runMigration155 for testability.
- Fix legacy-long-horizon-migration.test.ts to use runMigration155 (the actual
  legacy data migration) instead of runMigration154.
- Add wrong-ID validation test for goal/scope/reminder tools rejecting
  worker-only agent IDs.
- Update web component label "Configured Space Agent" → "Configured Worker Agent"
  and corresponding tests.

All daemon unit tests, web component tests, and bun run check pass.

* docs: correct Migration 154 → 155 references and handle uniqueness claim

- Fix two occurrences in space-agent-boundary.md that said "Migration 154"
  instead of "Migration 155" for the legacy long-horizon backfill.
- Correct inaccurate claim that handle collisions are resolved independently;
  handles are deduplicated across both tables via longHorizonHandleTaken().
- Update JSDoc above runMigration155 to match function name.
