Exclude non-CTA conserved/multicopy genes from the universe (closes #92) (#94)

Core histones (H4C6, H2BC1, H2BC3), alpha-tubulins (TUBA3C, TUBA3E), and
chorionic gonadotropin beta (CGB8) entered the CTA universe via source DBs but
are not cancer-testis antigens — conserved/multicopy/essential proteins that
make poor targets and pollute CTA-keyed analysis. Three even passed the
reproductive-restriction filter on a testis-enriched copy (CGB8, TUBA3C, H2BC1
were in the expressed set).

Add tsarina.tissues.NON_CTA_EXCLUDED_GENE_IDS (curated per-gene deny-list) and
apply it at the loader chokepoint so they drop from evidence / universe /
expressed / partition consistently (evidence==unfiltered invariant preserved).
Testis-specific histone variants (H1-6 / HIST1H1T) are deliberately kept — this
is a deny-list, not a blanket family filter.

CTA_gene_names() 263 -> 260; filtered 283 -> 280; evidence 360 -> 354. Tests +
docs updated. Version 1.5.0 -> 1.5.1.
