Add missing CTA paralog copies to the universe (closes #93) (#95)

Near-identical paralog copies of curated CTAs were absent from the universe, so
their sequence-identical protein polluted downstream non-CTA negative sets (9mer
specificity). Evaluated all #93 candidates on HPA bulk consensus:

- Add 6 genuinely-missing, testis-restricted copies, tagged paralog:<sibling>:
  CT47A8/A9/A10 (paralog:CT47A1), CT45A8/A9 (paralog:CT45A1),
  GAGE12D (paralog:GAGE12C). Most are never_expressed (very low RNA) so they
  sit in the universe/filtered sets, not the expressed default; GAGE12D is
  expressed (TESTIS, 22 nTPM).
- 3 candidates (MAGEA2B, CT45A5, SSX4B) were already in the universe by Ensembl
  ID under a different symbol (MAGEA2/CT45A10/SSX4) — added as aliases so symbol
  lookups resolve (#93's "missing" was a symbol artifact for these).
- Held out 3 somatic-on-bulk copies (CT45A6, DAZ2, DAZ4); their signal fails the
  restriction filter (likely DAZ multicopy-Y cross-mapping). DAZ1 is testis-
  restricted on bulk and already never_expressed.

New 'paralog:<sibling>' provenance class documented. Counts: universe 354->360,
filtered 280->286, expressed 260->261. Version 1.5.1 -> 1.5.2.
