i18n: add Marathi (mr) translation skeleton (#1375)

* i18n: add Marathi (mr) translation skeleton

Bootstrapped via the skeleton + qmake6/lupdate workflow documented
in the qtpass-localization skill. The file contains all 304 source
strings as type="unfinished" (302 empty + 2 numerusform plural
skeletons), ready for Weblate translators to claim.

Uses the language-only 'mr' code (no country suffix). Marathi is
single-region (Maharashtra, India) so Qt's locale fallback covers
regional variants automatically. Devanagari script — same as Hindi,
which means our existing audit tooling for Devanagari-leak detection
in non-Devanagari files now also covers Marathi.

Mirrors the recent te / pa_IN / sw / bn / fa / hi / ur / vi / th
skeletons. Closes the planned mr/te pair.

* i18n(mr): fix duplicated placeholder

"Failed to create password-store at: %1" had its translation
"%1 येथे पासवर्ड-स्टोअर तयार करण्यात अयशस्वी: %1" with %1
appearing both as the leading location marker (%1 येथे = "at %1")
and again at the end as a literal copy of the English structure.
Dropped the trailing ": %1" — the Marathi sentence already places
the path naturally via "येथे" (= "at/in").

Audit clean after fix:
- 0 placeholder / 0 HTML / 0 mnemonic / 0 mixed-script.
- 0 cross-script leaks across 8 scripts.
- 0 verbatim-untranslated, 0 length-ratio outliers.
- Public/Private key sweep: 11 entries, all "सार्वजनिक की"
  (= "public key") consistently — no inversions (the recurring MT
  goof from lt_LT and pa_IN that hit Punjabi too).

Cleanest CodeRabbit fill so far. lrelease6 reports 304 translations
generated, 304 unfinished (awaiting Weblate native review).
