v1.30.25: Register AAV2/6/8 reference proteomes (#213) (#214)

Adds VIRAL_PROTEOMES entries for the three AAV serotypes that have
clean UniProt references:

  Adeno-associated virus 2     760 rows / 4 PMIDs   -> UP000180764
  Adeno-associated virus 6     466 rows / 2 PMIDs   -> UP000119472
  Adeno-associated virus 8      10 rows / 2 PMIDs   -> UP000201958

The "adeno-associated virus - 6" key handles IEDB's hyphen-space-
hyphen variant, which the substring matcher would otherwise miss.

AAV1 (8 rows) and AAV9 (585 rows) deliberately remain unregistered:
- UniProt has no clean serotype-9 reference proteome (UniProt-side
  gap) -- AAV9's ~585 rows stay blocked until a custom FASTA is
  added or UniProt publishes one
- UniProt's AAV1 hit (UP000232962) resolves to "California sea lion
  AAV1", which is the wrong organism for the human gene-therapy /
  immunopeptidome context the IEDB rows come from. Registering it
  would route 8 rows to the wrong proteome.

Total ~1.2K rows / ~8 PMIDs unblocked. After this PR the
warn-severity gaps from qc.proteome_coverage drop from 5 to 2
(the "" and "unidentified" buckets, which are a different problem
-- IEDB binding rows that don't carry a source organism).
