* feat(web): add minimal thread style exploration page

Six side-by-side visual directions (Slack, Compact row, Card,
Timeline, Bubble, Terminal) for a future "minimal" space task
thread mode. Pure mock data, served at /dev-minimal-thread.html
via a separate Vite entry — no app or router wiring.

* refactor(web): address review nits on minimal exploration

- Drop redundant trailing type re-export (and its misleading
  "tree-shaking" comment) — type-only exports are erased and
  the types already live in minimal-mock-data.ts.
- Rename .minimal-roster-pulse → .minimal-roster-fade-in to match
  what the keyframe actually does. Keyframe gets a -kf suffix to
  avoid name collision with the class.
- Drop now-unused ActiveTurn import.

* refactor(web): polish minimal exploration — live tick, rail variants, tool colors

- Add useActiveTick hook so the active turn's stats (tools/tokens/cost/elapsed)
  visibly update every second in the Slack-style rendering, mirroring how the
  real feed will look.
- Introduce SlackVariant ('none' | 'rail-only' | 'rail-tint') so the same
  Slack layout can show the active turn with no rail, a thin coloured rail,
  or a rail + faint tint. Adds two extra exploration cards (1b, 1c) for
  side-by-side comparison.
- Replace hardcoded blue tool labels with category-aware colours
  (getToolDarkColor) so the roster reads at a glance.
- Drop the html/body overflow lock for the dev-minimal-thread.html entry
  so the long exploration page scrolls naturally.
- Tighten mock data: add 'Running command...' status string, ActiveTurnStats
  shape, and richer last-message markdown so the prose-rendering path is
  exercised.
