feat: preset agent drift detection and sync (M105/M106)

* feat(daemon): add preset agent drift detection and sync (M105/M106)

Mirrors the workflow template-tracking pattern for `space_agents`:

- M105 adds nullable `template_name` + `template_hash` columns; M106
  backfills them on existing rows whose name matches a known preset
  (case-insensitive), hashing the row's CURRENT field values so user
  customisations surface as drift instead of being silently overwritten.
- `agent-template-hash.ts` defines a deterministic SHA-256 fingerprint
  over `{ name (trim+lowercase), description, sorted tools, customPrompt }`,
  matching what the backfill freezes inline.
- `seedPresetAgents` now stamps `templateName` + `templateHash` so
  preset-seeded rows participate in drift detection from day one.
- `SpaceAgentManager.getAgentDriftReport(spaceId)` reports drift for every
  preset-tracked row; `syncFromTemplate(agentId)` resets description /
  tools / customPrompt to the live preset and re-stamps the hash.
- `spaceAgent.getDriftReport` and `spaceAgent.syncFromTemplate` RPC
  handlers expose the manager methods, with cross-space ownership checks
  and `spaceAgent.updated` event emission on sync.

* feat(web): show drift badge and sync button on space agent list

When a preset-seeded agent's stored `templateHash` no longer matches
the current preset definition, the SpaceAgentList now:

- Fetches `spaceAgent.getDriftReport` on mount and whenever an agent
  row's `updatedAt` changes, building a Set of drifted agent IDs.
- Renders an amber "Out of sync" badge on each drifted card.
- Exposes a "Sync from template" button that calls
  `spaceAgent.syncFromTemplate`, optimistically clears the badge, and
  surfaces success / failure via toast.

Mirrors the WorkflowList drift UI so the two affordances feel identical.
