v1.10.6: Add parquet export round-trip tests (#29) (#81)

Part of #29. Adds two parquet round-trip tests that exercise the export
write path without requiring a built observations.parquet:

- test_ms_samples_parquet_roundtrip: generate_ms_samples_table() →
  .to_parquet() → read_parquet() preserves row count, columns, and a
  known PMID.
- test_scan_supplementary_parquet_roundtrip: scan_supplementary() →
  .to_parquet() → read_parquet() preserves row count and required columns,
  and every supplementary row carries a non-null PMID.

Full end-to-end integration (observations + binding) still gated on the
built index — those tests skip unless the user has built locally. The
fixture-based fuller integration test described in #29 is left for a
follow-up.
