v1.10.2: Fix Weingarten-Gabbay 2021 — drop HBEC, add uninfected controls (#69) (#76)

Closes #69. Paper-verified against PMC8106687 that the MS immunopeptidomics
dataset uses only two cell systems: A549 and HEK293T, both stably
transduced with ACE2 + TMPRSS2 lentivirus. HBECs were never profiled — the
prior YAML entry listed them as a third cell line, which was wrong.

Additionally, the prior entry treated all samples as "SARS-CoV-2-infected",
but the paper's MS dataset includes both uninfected baseline and infected
timecourse samples for each cell line (5,837 uninfected vs 6,372 infected
peptides in A549; 4,281 vs 1,336 in HEK293T). The YAML now has 4
ms_samples entries: {A549, HEK293T} x {uninfected, infected}.

Note updated to document ACE2 + TMPRSS2 lentiviral transduction, the
timecourse, and that IEDB's "healthy" is accurate for uninfected-control
samples but not for infected samples.

Added regression test test_ms_samples_weingarten_gabbay_2021_no_hbec.
