v1.10.1: Fix Chen 2020 — HeLa.ABC-KO + ERAP1 shRNA, not "non-cervical" (#68) (#75)

Closes #68. The Chen 2020 entry (PMID 32161166) claimed IEDB's "cervical
cancer" tissue annotation was WRONG, but the paper actually uses HeLa.
Verbatim from Methods: "CRISPR-Cas9 was used to generate an HLA-ABC-triple
knockout HeLa cell line (HeLa.ABC-KO), which was subsequently transduced
to express HLA-B*51:01 (HeLa.ABC-KO.B51). ERAP1 was silenced using
lentiviral shRNA." So IEDB's cell_name/source_tissue were right all along —
same Trolle 2016 pattern (PR #66).

Corrections:
- Removed incorrect "IEDB WRONG" claim from note.
- Switched to mono_allelic_method: "HLA-ABC CRISPR knockout + single-allele
  transduction" (host-knockout mono-allelic via triple HLA-ABC KO).
- Fixed perturbation "ERAP1 variants" → "ERAP1 shRNA knockdown".
- Sample labels: "HeLa.ABC-KO-HLA-B*51:01 (control shRNA)" and
  "HeLa.ABC-KO-HLA-B*51:01 (ERAP1 shRNA)".

Added regression test test_ms_samples_chen_2020_hela_abc_ko.
