v1.10.3: Improve Sarango 2022 precision — DR allele + full siRNA panel (#70) (#77)

Closes #70. The entry for PMID 36215666 was imprecise in two ways:

1. Only class I alleles were listed in `mhc` (HLA-A*68:02, B*15:03, C*12:03)
even though `mhc_class: "I+II"` — paper-verified the class II allele is
HLA-DRB1*01:02 (the primary DR allele driven by CIITA). Added to both
   ms_samples entries.
2. Perturbations only listed T6BP siRNA. Paper uses a broader panel:
   NDP52, OPTN, T6BP (+ p62, CANX in follow-up). Expanded the list.

Note rewritten to document both class I (W6/32 IP) and class II (TÜ39 IP)
immunoprecipitations, and to clarify that IEDB's "healthy cervix" is
misleading for disease state (HeLa is cancer) but otherwise consistent
(cervical, HeLa — paper-verified).

Core classification unchanged; this PR improves metadata completeness.

Added regression test test_ms_samples_sarango_2022_dr_allele.
