fix(organizations): hide user info until invite accepted TASK-1512 (#5496)

### 📣 Summary
Hide sensitive user information in organization member lists until the
invite is accepted.



### 📖 Description
When an admin or owner of an organization invites a user who already has
an account, the API currently returns all user details to other members
of the organization. This change ensures that until the invite is
accepted, only the invite property is visible, and all other user
details are hidden for security and privacy reasons.
