fix(test): fatal page-closed in logoutIfLoggedIn; add Skip-click debug for AI test

When freeze-detection closes the page, logoutIfLoggedIn was catching
"Target page closed" as non-fatal and returning normally, causing the
next test step (postMessage) to fail with an opaque error. Fix: rethrow
when the page is closed so the test fails immediately and FREEZE-RETRY
can pick it up.

Also adds targeted debug to navigateToMobileDetails: logs all Skip links
found (count, href, visibility) and captures the first navigation URL
after the click, to diagnose the intermittent redirect-to-/ seen in the
production CI run (test-ai-illustration Give Mobile test).
