fix(test): replace sleep with direct Redis key deletion in testDuplicatePOST

sleep(31) is unreliable in CI — signals, parallel worker scheduling, and
OS timer drift can cause the post-sleep call to see the key still alive.
Delete the POST_DATA key explicitly after the duplicate-detection assertion
so the third call is guaranteed to go through without a 31-second wait.
