feat(automatedQA): add `Generate with AI` button DEV-724 (#6715)

This PR adds the "Generate with AI" button under the analysis questions.

### 👀 Preview steps
1. ℹ️ have an account and a project ready for analysis
2. use the `?ff_autoQAEnabled=true` feature flag
3. open analysis tab and add questions
4. 🔴 [on main] notice that there's no "Generate with AI" button
5. 🟢 [on PR] notice that there's a "Generate with AI" button and it
looks as designed
