Add KEEN005 analyzer for null PluginExtension property name

Changes to PluginExtensionGenerator:
- Reports KEEN005 error when [PluginExtension(null)] is used
- Removed unreachable defensive code paths:
  - Redundant null filter after .Where() already filtered nulls
  - Check for INamedTypeSymbol (predicate guarantees class syntax)
  - Check for null attributeData (ForAttributeWithMetadataName guarantees it)
- Simplified code with explicit comments explaining assumptions

The null property name check (lines 77-86) is now testable and covered.
