refactor: rename PRNG initialize() method to reset()

- Rename PRNG.initialize() to PRNG.reset() for clearer semantics
- Update all method calls in GameEngine.ts
- Update comprehensive test suite with 8 additional reset() tests
- Update documentation and examples in CLAUDE.md, docs/, and .devdocs/
- Maintain full backward compatibility with same method signature
- All 63 PRNG tests passing with enhanced coverage
