tests/IntegratorFunction: Remove workaround for DriftDiffusionIntegrator (#3295)

The noise parameter is not sqrt-ed since:
(5a8e32510 "Fixed DDM bug where noise is
inside sqrt.")
(374624931 "Moved noise term outside of
sqrt term.")

Cleanup.
Instantiate the noise Function using explicit seed.
