Generate working code from enums nested two levels deep, and move the docs to buf

- An enum nested in a message that sits in a message now generates code that compiles: the constant comes from the name protoc-gen-go gives it (e.g. GetArticleResp_Comment_COMMENT_LOCKED), and the function names hold each enclosing message; enums nested inside a single message keep the same output
- The generated constructors switch the variadic args from interface{} to the new alias; the template gets parsed once at package load
- A code outside 0..600 stops the generation with a typed fault instead of a bare string, and the message states the true bounds
- Drop the unused EnumValue field
- Add TestGenerateFile, which feeds example2's descriptors to GenerateFile as buf does and checks the three options
- Example2 gains an enum two levels deep; example4 moves to a post scenario; each example gets regenerated with buf
- README: use buf (protoc commands removed), a table of the plugin options, a section on the reason design, a features list in list form
- version.go states that its v1.0.0 is a fixed value that does not follow the tags
- go.mod moves to Go 1.26 since the newest deps need it; the CI matrix runs 1.26 to 1.27; the root .gitignore matches the template and the plugin's main package ignores its build output
