docs: fix typos, broken links and outdated instructions

- Fix typos and links across README, CONTRIBUTING, CODE_OF_CONDUCT and the bug report template ("GitHup" -> "GitHub", updated etcd, jq and OpenPGP URLs).
- Repair the example README and its templates: correct table-of-contents anchors and list indentation, reference the three OpenAPI files instead of a single openapi.yaml, use "go install" for pprof, and drop the reference to the removed doc/RUNBOOK.md.
- Clarify in CONFIG.md that remoteConfigData can only be set via the GOGENEXAMPLE_REMOTECONFIGDATA environment variable.
