docs(readme): announce rename to nurago and deprecate the gogen module path

Add a prominent notice at the top of the README announcing that the project has been renamed to github.com/tecnickcom/nurago, marking the github.com/tecnickcom/gogen module path as deprecated with copy-paste migration steps for consumers and a short explanation of the new name.

This notice is intended to ship in the final release under the old module path, ahead of the repository rename; all previously published gogen versions remain permanently available via the Go module proxy.
