Cap the test job at 10 minutes

Measured over the last 50 successful runs: median 0.6 min, slowest 1.4 min. Without a limit GitHub lets a hung job run for 360 minutes before cancelling it — bushhome.com and bushbusinessfurniture.com burned ~90 hours that way on 2026-08-07/08.
