Restart controller-APIC connection after leaf reboot Leaf reboots cause APIC WebSocket subscriptions for leaf-sourced classes (e.g., opflexODev) to stop delivering notifications. Until new subscriptions are established, events from the rebooted leaf are missed. This change detects leaf reboots in the fabric and triggers an APIC WebSocket reconnect followed by fresh subscriptions, ensuring notifications resume. A reconnect is triggered on both leaf reboot and leaf addition. Configuration: - Adds `leaf-reboot-check-interval` (default: 900 seconds (i.e, 15 minutes)). Behavior: - Periodically checks the fabric at the configured interval. - Triggers reconnect and fresh subscriptions when a reboot or addition is detected. This check is disabled for CNO setups.
