feat: subcollection DDL, nested field-path updates, contract-consistent errors

- CreateCollection accepts path-form names ("spaces/ext") to declare
  subcollections under the root's schema dir where the reader discovers them
- Update/UpdateRecord/UpdateMulti support multi-segment field paths,
  update.DeleteField, dal.Increment transforms and update.ServerTimestamp
- exported ErrRecordAlreadyExists, wrapped by Insert conflicts
- Delete on an unknown collection is an idempotent no-op; queries over
  unknown collections yield empty results (both matching dalgo2memory)
- git staging uses absolute pathspecs so commits work when the process cwd
  differs from the project path (e.g. a server)

Driven by the OpenVaultDB MVP integration (Sneat end-to-end via ovdb).
