feat: preserve source schemas and exact native record formats (#21)

DALgo-to-inGitDB exports now retain portable source schema, primary keys, indexes, foreign-key tuples and actions, declared types, defaults, and precision. This lets DataTug export the sample databases without maintaining a separate inGitDB converter.

Imported JSONL and typed CSV use their explicit transport IDs for query and point reads. Binary source values decode consistently as bytes, and exact decimal values remain text. SQL constraints are preserved as metadata; they are not claimed as runtime-enforced inGitDB constraints.

Validation: complete Go test suite and vet, 100% aggregate statement coverage, format/read consistency tests, and independent adversarial review of the final source head. Dependencies use published DALgo and native inGitDB module versions, with no local replacements.

User authorization: Alex requested “Add missing capabilities to either DataTug or dalgo or ingitdb - wherever needed” and a DataTug export record-format argument on 2026-10-06.

Rooted writes also follow the adapter's existing Windows directory-sync policy; Unix directory synchronization remains active. Failure tests inject filesystem errors directly, so they verify the intended paths without relying on Unix permission semantics or a global Git author identity. Linux and Windows CI must pass before landing.
