Pull #168

github

LuisFigueroaG
Default number() to the context node and require boolean()'s argument

number() and boolean() with no argument compiled fine and then panicked
with a nil pointer dereference when evaluated, so `number()` on a node
and `//price[number() > 35]` panicked.

XPath 1.0 section 4.4 makes the argument of number() optional and
defaults it to a node-set containing only the context node, so convert
the string-value of the context node, as string() already does. The
argument of boolean() isn't optional, so `boolean()` is now a compile
error, like `not()`.
