feat(swagger): document the endpoints

- install drf_yasg library
- Add drf_yasg to INSTALLED_APPS in the settings.py
- change APIView to GenericAPIView to make APIs
- add swagger url to the url patterns
- modify the requirements file to remove unnecessary dependancies
- Remove the authentication from the Retrieve and update APIs
- Remove the ruamel.yaml==0.15.85 dependancy
- Change the api docuemntation path from swagger/ to documentaion/
