Commit Message

Replace binary installation in README with a user installation from GitHub.

pytrnsys is no longer published on PyPI, and the old binary installation
pinned pytrnsys 0.6.4 from there. The user installation now installs pytrnsys
from GitHub together with the pinned third-party requirements. It also fixes
the venv name (the steps mixed `venv` and `pytrnsys`).
