Updated ROA and GA implementations to account for BooleanNet "ranks"
(no. of steps between updates) by including delay rules of the form
A(delay='0',reset='N') >> A(delay='1',reset='Y') with rate constants
equal to 1. For GSP, these rules are omitted and the rate constant is
set equal to 1/rank.

Also updated run_ABC_example.py to run 1000 GSP, 1000 ROA, and 2000 GA
simulations each and plot the results on separate plots. The GSP results
are plotted vs. time. The ROA results are plotted vs. round. For
comparison, GA simulations are run *twice*, once plotted vs. time and
the second time plotted vs. round (where round = no. of monomers).

538 boole2rules Added code to raise an Exception if user-defined file format or update mode isn't supported. Also changed the default update mode for 'model_from_boolean' to 'GSP' (it was erroneously set to 'ROA' before). push 09 Apr 2017 08:26AM UTC lh64 travis-ci pending completion
537 boole2rules Initial implementation of the General Asynchronous (GA) update scheme. The machinery is basically the same as the ROA scheme (ROA requires a few additional rules and parameters). Haven't updated run_ABC_example.py yet. push 09 Apr 2017 08:18AM UTC lh64 travis-ci pending completion
536 boole2rules First implementation of random order asynchronous (ROA) updating in Boolean2Rules. Right now the ROA code is mixed in with the Gillespie (GSP) updating code. I'd like to modularize it better in the future (not trivial). Have also updated run_ABC_e... push 05 Apr 2017 10:55PM UTC alubbock travis-ci pending completion
