rest-publish: Server name fix and sanity checks

- Fixed a bug where host was incorrectly extracted from the URL due to a typo
  and hidden because splunklib.client.connect() doesn't validate parameters. :-(
- Rename '--token' to '--session-key' to avoid any potential confusion with
  the new API token features added in Splunk 7.3.  (Which is not yet supported
  by the Python SDK.)  These are NOT interchangeable.
- Added additional checks to (1) ensure the app name provide exists, and (2)
  confirm that any given session key is still valid at startup.
