Besides fixing a hundred typos, the following changes were made:

- Add new script to make the docs and launch a live copy in your browser.
- Add a lift-n-shift example to filter.
- Add a &amp;amp;quot;contact us&amp;amp;quot; page with some basic contact info.  (Mostly pulled in from
  the main README)
- Add ksconf merge example to docs (moved in from CLI help)
- Add all-in-one TA indexing tier example
- Add notes on how to un-minimize a configuration using merge.  (Partially
  moved from cli docs for minimize)
- Rework the entire write up on the &amp;amp;quot;--explode-default&amp;amp;quot; option for minimize.
- Add notes about pre-commit versions;  Upgrade them from the examples show,
  but don&amp;amp;#39;t feel the need to keep up with ksconf releases in general.
- Add note demonstrating the use of the pre-commit &amp;amp;quot;SKIP&amp;amp;quot; mechanism.
- Note a workaround for &amp;amp;#39;git ksdiff&amp;amp;#39; if the &amp;amp;#39;git-difftool&amp;amp;#39; command isn&amp;amp;#39;t
  working correctly.
- Note about API stability (vs CLI stability which is the higher priority)
- Revamp, confirm, and expand notes about how Splunk updates .conf files.
- Bump license copyright year
