:construction_worker: Measure Python and Cython line coverage

Extend the existing macOS/Python 3.14 coverage job to measure .pyx and
.pxi lines alongside Python modules.

- Enable an opt-in instrumented build and Cython's coverage.py plugin.
- Collect import-inclusive line coverage with pytest-cov.
- Upload repository-relative paths to Coveralls.

Line attribution for module-level .pxi code is approximate because of
Cython's module-init include quirk. Wholly unexecuted compiled sources
may also be omitted. Accept these upstream limitations deliberately to
keep this first iteration small.

- Track the existing module-init attribution issue:
  https://github.com/cython/cython/issues/2882
- File an upstream issue for executable-file discovery.
- Optionally split included code into modules with .pxd/cimport
  declarations, if the reports justify the refactor:
