:construction_worker: Measure Python and Cython line coverage

Extend the existing coverage job to measure executable .pyx and .pxi
lines alongside Python modules on macOS/Python 3.14.

Start collection after importing pyobjus to avoid Cython's import-time
source attribution issue. Keep all traceable initialization lines in
the denominator, counted as missed unless executed again.

- Pin the tracing stack and force an opt-in instrumented editable build.
- Seed the full compiled-source inventory and validate source/build
  hashes, file tracers, native hits, and final XML accounting.
- Upload repository-relative paths to Coveralls and retain diagnostics.
- Document the measurement interval next to the coverage badge.

Validation:
- All 11 Python-package jobs and the sdist/wheels workflow passed.
- Native suite: 93 passed, 3 skipped, 14 subtests passed.
- Coveralls: 1,180/1,822 lines covered (64.76%); all 11 source files
  and per-line hit/miss states match the retained report and data.
