* test: main-actor call-site coverage for Supabase, PostgREST, Storage, and Functions

Adds compile-only isolation tests for every public async API in Sources/Supabase, Sources/PostgREST, Sources/Storage, and Sources/Functions, in the shape of AuthIsolationTests. DefaultIsolationTests now depends on PostgrestMacros so the @Table, @SelectionOf, and @Function expansions compile under .defaultIsolation(MainActor.self). CI checks each module with scripts/check-isolation-coverage.sh.

Closes SDK-2801, SDK-2803, SDK-2804, SDK-2805

* test: opt @Table types out of default isolation

* test: write out the relation types instead of expanding the macros

The macro extension's conformances are main-actor isolated under default isolation on Swift 6.2, which _PostgrestRelation rejects. The test types now declare the conformances on a nonisolated declaration, so DefaultIsolationTests needs no PostgrestMacros dependency.
