Commit Message

Add badges and an installation section to the README (#46)

The README had no install command, which is a gap now that the package is
on PyPI. Add the pip line, a note that an engine is a separate package
installed only if wanted, and two rows of badges: PyPI version, supported
Python versions, operating systems and license, then docs, tests, lint
and coverage.

The layout and the operating-system badge follow qiskit-addon-sqd-hpc,
and the coverage badge points at Coveralls, matching the addons.
