Replace namespace iteration with a Hash#key lookup in Builder

Builder#use_namespace calls namespace_by_uri once per WSDL type path on every request. The old code iterated the namespaces hash and ran gsub on the matching candidate. Hash#key returns the same first match in insertion order, and delete_prefix strips the same leading 'xmlns:' while leaving a bare 'xmlns' unchanged, so the result is identical with one fewer gsub (MatchData and string) per lookup. The author measured 21% fewer objects and 42% less memory building requests from a 110 KB WSDL.
