Derive Savon::Model reserved operation names from the ancestor chains

Replace the hand-written denylist with a guard derived from the model's own method tables. The 2.17.5 guard blocked `client`, but operations named `class`, `public_send`, `new`, and `freeze` still passed it and shadowed methods the generated bodies rely on, which could recurse into SystemStackError or silently change behavior. The guard now collects instance, private instance, singleton, and private singleton methods on each call, so subclasses check against their own methods, while re-registration of an existing operation stays allowed.
