test(fabric): settle a tx on the surviving replica after the endorsing replica dies (#2381)

The replication Describe of the Fabric faultrecovery suite gains a spec that kills the bob replica holding alice's connection after it endorses a tx, orders the tx, and checks that the other replica settles it as Valid and final; the killed replica then settles it too after restarting.

faultrecovery.ConnectedReplica finds the replica behind the load balancer that holds a node's connection, and faultrecovery.WaitFinalOn waits for finality on one node or replica. The integration test guide documents both.
