test: every framework adapter on a real run's output

The adapters' own tests use stand-in objects, which is how from_strands
shipped broken. Each adapter now also converts the output of a real run of
its framework, with a fake model: LangGraph create_agent, a LangChain
AgentExecutor (langchain-classic, added to the CI job), the OpenAI Agents SDK,
Google ADK, and CrewAI, next to the Strands and Pydantic AI ones.
