Pin pytest below 9.2 (#34)

pytest 9.2.0 moved report.nodeid behind a NodeId dataclass, stored in
the report's __dict__ as _id.  pytest-forked ships child reports back to
the parent through marshal, which cannot serialize that dataclass, so
every --forked test dies in the child with exit status 3 and no
traceback.  This takes out the py, doctest, and coverage envs.

The break is in the plugin, not in coheriq: a two-line test file
reproduces it.  Pin until pytest-forked handles the new attribute.
