Add support for Python 3.15 (#33)

* Add support for Python 3.15

Add the classifier, the tox envlist entry, and the 3.15 leg of the
latest-versions matrix. Move the single-version macOS and Windows legs
up to 3.15, matching how previous versions were added.

Fix the factored environment names while adding 3.15 to them. A section
named

  [testenv:{,py-,py3-,py310-,py311-,py312-,py313-,py314-}notebook]

does not define py310-notebook through py314-notebook. tox expands
numeric ranges inside a factor before it splits on braces, so the "3-"
in the "py3-" factor starts a range that swallows the version list: the
section expands to notebook, py-notebook, py3notebook, 4notebook,
5notebook, ..., 14notebook.  The py3XX-notebook names in the envlist
were still valid environments, but they inherited plain [testenv] and so
ran "pytest --forked" over the unit tests rather than the notebooks.
Nothing failed, because CI invokes the unprefixed names.

Spell the per-version names as an explicit range in their own section
instead, inheriting the real configuration through "base". The py- and
py3- aliases are dropped; they were redundant and the "py3-" form is
what triggered the range expansion.

Verified on Python 3.15.0: py315, py315-notebook, py315-notebook-engine,
py315-doctest, ragged-engine, lint and docs all pass. The example
engine's nanobind extension compiles against 3.15.

* Apply suggestion from @garrison

* Drop the per-version notebook and doctest environments

The previous commit kept the generated py3XX-notebook names alive and
gave each suffix its own section to map them back to the real
configuration:

  [testenv:py3{10-15}-notebook]
  base = testenv:notebook

That is three new sections to add one Python version, and it grows every
time a suffix or a version is added.

Those names exist only because envlist multiplied the interpreter list by
the suffixes. Nothing invokes them: CI runs the unprefixed names, and
tox -e... (continued)
